Mothra (1961) Review
1961’s Mothra is a monster film classic and staple. It redefined how the Kaiju genre would work while also establishing one of the very few mainstay monsters. Modern viewers do need to keep in mind the time frame that it was filmed so that the political commentary makes more sense but overall this is a great film.
MOVIE REVIEW: The Boonies (2017)
Despite the script having a few wrinkles and some of the performances being a little uneven there is enough done right in this film to make it an enjoyable and uplifting farce about the angst of high school. The Boonies delivers laughs and a heartwarming message about the connections we make in life, overcoming the petty mistakes we make.
