IN THIS EPISODE…
We are on the eve of another famous CW-DC crossover. In the past, we’ve experienced the introduction of Barry Allan, the ruthlessness of Vandal Savage, the invasion of aliens, and other world nazis. This year is gearing up to be another fun and memorable crossover that will introduce Batwoman. Played by Ruby Rose, of John Wick 2 & The Meg, Batwoman soars the skies of Gotham in the upcoming Elseworlds crossover. Before she hits live action, we are talking about her first Post-Crisis arc in the comics. We are not alone though…
WHO ARE ONE GIANT LEAP FOR GEEKS?
For this episode we are joined by Mike M.C. Squared, one of the host of the podcast, One Giant Leap for Geeks. OGLFG is a nerd news podcast, talking about trailers, news and weird stories. Similarly to the way we originated, Giant Leap has some truly weird stories. Mike shares some of the weirdest stories he’s come across. New episodes hit every Wednesday.
THE ART OF J.H. WILLIAMS III
When it comes to comics, the story telling is only half of what makes the comics memorable. Artists make the comic truly come to life. Sometimes that factor gives you a lasting and wondrous feeling. Other times it ruins the experience. The latter is not the case for this comic though. J.H. Willaims, the artist of the book, leaves a lasting impression that makes the story come into real time. Sometimes that’s not the best thing for the book, but hit the play button to see what we mean on that.
