Last year, we set out to publish some episodes for rainy days. Having just experienced a minor surgery, it seems right to pull out one of those episodes today. When we approached the co-hosts for these episodes, we allowed them to pick the topics for these episodes. THE DATING GAMES

One of the biggest sub genres of Game Shows are dating shows. Game shows are a genre of television which has been in production since the late 30s. These shows have existed as long as some of our favorite superheroes. We currently live in the age of Tinder, these shows are now obsolete, take a trip back with us to the simpler days where shows like The Dating Show, The Newlywed Game and more. Which love is behind the curtain for you?

THE NICKELODEON ERA

Currently, Marc Summers and company have ushered the game show favorite, Double Dare, into the new millennium. However, Double Dare, was one of many that Nickelodeon shows that were set within the game show genre. Even children need some game show fun. Games like Legends of the Hidden Temple, Double Dare, You Can’t Do That on Television and more. This era was filled with some many fan favorites, which one was your favorite?
