We discuss the groundbreaking film, Wonder Woman. Before she ever found herself in a twirling transition from Diana Prince to Wonder Woman (ala Linda Carter) she forever changed the face of the comic book medium. She challenged the notion that comics were merely for boys. Over her tenure in the medium, she has evolved to other mediums as well including television, cartoons, toys and more. Gal Gadot’s big screen debut with the character offered up something new for the DCEU and comic book movies as whole. In our penultimate, Road to Snyder Cut episode, we’re going back to the beginning of the DCEU as we know it with Kate Webster, a teacher and Wonder Woman superfan to disucss the first solo outing of Diana to the world of man.
