It’s amazing how little has changed in regards to racism since the late 1970s and subsequently the year, 2000. Some of us that grew up in the 1990s were fortunate enough to know the Disney Channel Original Movie (or DCOM, for short). Sometimes these movies weren’t all goofiness, but rather serious and biographical. Such is the case with The Color of Friendship. This television biopic taught the real life story of a cultures clashing during high racial times, specifically South Africa’s Apartheid. Capt. Nostalgia and Dan Rockwood are joined by Tyree Sterling, from Rock Your Mic, to talk about the international scope of racism. All while sharing their own experiences with the movie, its themes, the history of racism in our country and South Africa - plus much more.

Victims and Villains is written Josh "Captain Nostalgia" Burkey (and produced by), Caless Davis, Dan Rockwood, & Brandon Miller . Music by Mallory Jameson.
