Welcome to another adventure within the universe! For this adventure, we have something special planned for you guys. We’re sitting down with a gentleman named Johnny Crowder for this episode. Johnny is the vocalist of the hardcore band, Prison. Beyond that though, he is the founder and CEO of the mental health texting service, Cope Notes. Cope Notes is a service that texts you daily positive messages. Which ultimately rewires your brain to think and influence you more positively throughout your daily life. Not only is Cope Notes now in our resources tabs but this episode dives deep into its’ origins and process for working.
