Yeah, this adventure has a lot to unpack and discuss. 1969 has a lot to offer and we have a lot to talk about.

REMEMBERING LUKE

Once Upon a Time has a vast amount of talent to back up its’ story. With all of its’ star status, it also marks the final performance of Luke Perry. Perry untimely left us in early March of this year. Our hearts go out to his family. Perry has crafted quite the career for himself. Most notorious for Beverly Hills, 90210 and most recently, Riverdale. Perry makes his final performance in this film as Canadian actor, Wayne Maunder.

THE LEGACY OF MANSON & TATE

Though, early in her career, actress Sharon Tate was starting to make a name for herself. Smoothly transitioning from the small screen to the big screen – Tate was taken from this world a bit too early. On August 9th, 1969, Tate and three of her friends were murdered in cold blood. Thanks to infamous cult leader, Charles Manson and his “family”. A portion of the narrative focuses on Tate, played by Margot Robbie, and The Family. How does it play to their legacy, though?
