Walt Disney is arguably one of the earliest pioneers and visionaries within the animation medium . Dumbo was the studio’s four full-length animated feature following Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, and Fantasia . Unlike other Disney films of their kind, Dumbo has always been split between its’ audiences. Before we jump into the latest vision of from Tim Burton, join us in talking about the original film about the elephant that can fly. Leave your thoughts and memories about the film below.

Tim Burton is no stranger to Disney. He is the director behind both Alice in Wonderland movies, he is the producer of the cult-favorite The Nightmare Before Christmas and now he is the director behind the reboot of Dumbo. Dumbo brings back Burton with Batman Returns stars Michael Keaton and Danny DeVito. The film also stars Colin Farrell and Eva Green. Dumbo is the latest in a long line of Disney live-action remakes and is the first of three aimed for this year alone. How does it hold up though? Let us know what you thought in the comments below.
